Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or videos for verification. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds. All shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
