Orders may be cancelled only if the request is made before the order has been processed or production has begun. Once an order is confirmed, processed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as they are created specifically to customer requirements. Dhorgems reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued. Any cancellation requests must be submitted promptly by contacting us.
